"Welcome to Breathe and Relax at True Balance Yoga....this recording was designed to  allow for just a moment of peace and calm in the midst of your busy day.  It is a series of very basic "pranayama" (or "breathing") techniques accessible for all levels.  Just a few minutes a day of pranayama can increase immune function, ease mental and physical stress increase energy flow throughout the body.  So simply sit in a comfortable place with minimal disctractions, turn off your phone and enjoy.
